Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from shop.comjagat.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails or sms. If you have urgent queries, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel your order and refund the amount. If the order is dispatched and you want to cancel it, you need to contact us. And we will be acting based on our Return policies. However, it is strongly suggested that you should be careful when you place an order of product purchase.
Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order please mail us with your requirements ad the concerned team will get back to you.
Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
Can I place my order outside the country?
Yes, you can place an order from outside the country but we do not have shipment facilities overseas. We do not deliver outside the country yet.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD), bKash and other online banking facilities integrated with shop.comjagat.com. However, COD method has a convenience charge attached to it.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. We use secured and standard online payment system in the country.
What is the process for bKash purchase?
When you want to pay through bKash, you need to know our bKash number from our website. Follow the usual procedure of bKash system to complete your purchase order.
What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will be notified to receive your product at home or at the nearest agent centres on cash payment.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring information passes on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking). If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can contact us with relevant queries.

You can receive your purchased product at your home or shipping address if courier service is reachable to your address. Optionally, you can collect your purchased product from the nearest agent centres. In that case, you will be notified from the agents if they receive your purchased product and ask you pick that. You are always welcome to contact us for any relevant queries.
Is there any delivery charge for product purchase?
All pricing of your purchased products and other charges (if applicable) will be sent to you through an invoice in emails.
What if my products get lost or delayed on delivery?

Warranty options, how it works
Do you have warranty on your products?
Most of the products have a warranty tag attached. You can check the warranty of the products or contact us on that query before you place an order.
Is my purchased product replaceable?
If you purchase a product with warranty and you find that your product damaged or needs to be replaced after opening the package, inform us immediately within 24 hours. We will replace the product and bear the shipment cost for it.
However, if you need to replace the product after using it but within the warranty period, you need to bear the shipment cost for the new replacement (according to our warranty policy). It is advised to call us on both occasions.
